                              RESOLUTION NO. 21712
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
                 TEMPORARY AND PERMANENT EASEMENTS FROM JAMES C.
                 HUDSON, III AND STEPHANIE M. HUDSON, RELATIVE
                 TO THE CHATTANOOGA INTERCEPTOR SEWER LINE
                 STREAMBANK PROTECTION PROJECT, FOR A
                 CONSIDERATION OF ONE THOUSAND, FIVE HUNDRED
                 DOLLARS ($1,500.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of temporary and permanent easements from James C.
       Hudson, III and Stephanie M. Hudson, relative to the Chattanooga
       Interceptor Sewer Line Streambank Protection Project, for a
       consideration of $1,500.00.
